CB.2:2 - Problem

Potential participants often wait for one another. A question is too broad for anyone to answer, a capable helper does not know it exists, or a newcomer sees activity but cannot tell how to join. Public invitations alone may leave these conditions unchanged. Conversely, an organiser can keep every conversation moving so effectively that the group appears self-sustaining while depending on unrecognised work.

How can the organiser obtain a useful first exchange, learn what makes it possible, and support continuation without manufacturing demand or promising unavailable help?
