CB.3:4.6 - Close on usable participation and revise locally

Observe whether the person could carry out the selected action under the offered conditions. Distinguish receiving the invitation, entering a space, obtaining help and producing a useful contribution. Ask what remains confusing or costly when that answer can improve the arrangement.

Continue a working option without requiring increased visibility. Change the smallest defeated condition: clarify the request, repair access, change timing, obtain a suitable helper or revise the responsibility. Return to CB.1 when the available offer itself fails to serve the person’s purpose. Use CB.2 for an initial exchange, CB.4 for its interaction design and CB.5 for a specific useful contribution.

An available entry can be recognised in an understandable invitation, material and response path. A stronger claim that people actually participate or feel accepted needs observations appropriate to that claim and those people. Registration, repeated attendance and a welcome message establish different things.
