A growth-oriented account can treat quiet participants as an unfinished version of active contributors. The method instead starts from the person’s wanted use and the arrangement’s legitimate requirements. Organisers who know the space well can also underestimate unfamiliarity; checking a real entry from the participant’s conditions exposes that difference.
