CB.4:2 - Problem
A familiar format can determine the result before anyone asks what participants need. A lecture may replace peer inquiry, a constant chat may hide answers that later users must find, or a forced consensus may erase a useful difference of perspective. Adding people, channels or recurring events can increase burden without improving the interaction.
How can an organiser construct and adapt a shared activity so that the right contributions can meet, be understood and lead to a useful continuation?
