CONTINUE — Carry a voluntary activity through a change of organiser

  • Situation: An organiser is leaving. People want some activity to continue, while access, funding or the right to decide remains unsettled.
  • Question: What can continue, on whose terms, with whom actually able to perform it?
  • First useful result or blocker: An agreed feasible continuation or ending. For a transfer, someone can take over and completes a first activity under the new arrangement; otherwise the missing mandate, capability or resource remains explicit. The useful activity, decision mandate, willing work with its means, first performance, settlement of what ends, and a return of what happened need to remain connected through the change.
  • Start with: CB.11; use CB.13 for missing mandate, CB.7 for organising capability and CB.9 for provision and terms.
  • Stop or return: Reduce, pause or end an unsupported promise. Keep an adequate existing arrangement. An unresolved incident still needs its responsible receiver under CB.8.
