EXCHANGE — Make one request lead to useful help

  • Situation: People have joined a group, but a shareable question still has no relevant, willing contributor or useful answer.
  • Question: How can this particular exchange be completed?
  • First useful result or blocker: The recipient obtains a usable next step, connection or answer and returns what it helped them do, or the organiser identifies the unavailable expertise, material, access or time.
  • Start with: CB.2. Use CB.5 when the difficulty is choosing and carrying out a richer contribution such as a case clinic or project review.
  • Stop or return: An urgent accountable answer may require a service. Reconsider the offer through CB.1 when the central contribution repeatedly cannot be obtained.
