CHK.2:9 - Consequences

Users can adapt the form without losing the differences that matter. Shared information can be stated once instead of repeated in every cell. The cost is maintaining its scope and links through change. More elaborate evidence fields can improve later reuse while slowing immediate work; retain them only where that trade-off is worthwhile.
