CUST.1:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • Can the participants distinguish the customer’s result from the proposed common result?
  • Are consequential differences recovered from real work, including assistance and continuing support?
  • Do the people making promises have the required contributions and authority?
  • Does the selected combination have compatible conditions, resources and evidence?
  • Are local-only, unchanged, stopped and inconclusive outcomes allowed?
  • Can existing customers continue under supported obligations?
  • Can the next recipient act without reconstructing the missing joins privately?
