CUST.6:5 - Archetypal Grounding

The first private analytical deployment was successful, but its author performed four hidden actions: interpreted an ambiguous status code, requested temporary network access, corrected a data export and explained the acceptance result to the customer’s operator.

A template archive preserves none of those actions. The delivery lead reconstructs their different functions. Status interpretation becomes a qualified input decision with valid and invalid examples. Network access becomes a customer preparation condition. Export correction becomes an explicit repair operation for a bounded error class. Acceptance explanation becomes part of the operator handover, with an escalation for disputed meaning.

A second qualified team receives the method, tooling, permitted examples and a scheduled specialist. It completes the ordinary path but encounters an undocumented export error. The team stops at the stated return rather than silently changing the meaning of records. The specialist’s contribution is measured and retained as assisted provision. A wider promise of unattended deployment is not made.

Change the condition: the second team lacks the skill needed to distinguish a semantic error from a formatting error. Adding another script is insufficient. The provider must develop preparation, obtain the semantic contribution during delivery or narrow who can perform the work.

In a public literacy programme, repeatable delivery may require prepared facilitators, accessible devices, examples that participants can use and ongoing help. A shared slide deck alone is not the service. The method transfers without pretending that educational judgement is a software deployment operation.
