CUST.8:1 - Problem frame

Use this method when an offering-family change affects customers, recipients, partners or performers who already rely on its meaning, behavior, support or terms. A common improvement may need a compatible extension, coexistence, migration, a separate offering or an unchanged local arrangement.

Start with the results and obligations that must continue, then compare how the proposed family would supply them. The useful result is a feasible transition or continued provision, with the affected work and authority made explicit.

An unused experiment with no continuing dependency needs no customer-transition programme. Technical compatibility alone can settle a technical change, but it cannot settle a changed customer promise.
