CUST.8:7 - Conformance Checklist

• Is the proposed change expressed through the result and provision it alters?
• Are materially different existing uses, local residues and uncertain consumers considered?
• Are technical compatibility, customer acceptance and authority to change obligations distinguished?
• Has each serious alternative been constructed as an obtainable continuation?
• Can ordinary service, transition and coexistence share the actual resources?
• Are recovery or irreversible effects treated at their qualified scope?
• Does trial evidence support the claimed expansion, and is actual movement distinguished from readiness?
• Does each retired reliance have an authorized, supportable disposition?
