CUST.Reference:11 - Supplying Methods and Reader Returns
A link introduced below as a Method is an invitation to obtain its full practical contribution when the named result is missing. The sources in CUST.Reference:10 instead explain what shaped this treatment and the limits of those claims. Neither use requires reading every linked work in advance.
| When the result is missing | Full supplying treatment | What CUST receives and preserves |
|---|---|---|
| Meaning or permitted correspondence across sources | SIE.1 — Bound the Receiving Use and Semantic Contract and SIE.4 — Judge Cross-Source Correspondences and Their Permitted Uses | The receiving use, relevant meaning and qualified correspondence; CUST.2 uses them to recover deltas. |
| An implementation-support undertaking or unresolved difficulty | IS.1 — Agree a Useful Implementation-Support Undertaking and IS.2 — Find the Implementation Difficulty and Obtain the Next Useful Contribution | An agreed useful undertaking and the next obtaining contribution; CUST.5 keeps local and shared questions distinct. |
| A workable support strategy and actual transfer | IS.3 — Construct and Adapt a Support Strategy with Its Recipients and IS.5 — Sustain, Transfer, Extend or End Implementation Support | Obtainable support, receiving capability and remaining assistance; CUST.6 includes them in repeatable provision. |
| An integrated offering and provider concept, including an outcome branch | SYSE.8 — Develop an Integrated Offering and Provider Concept for Using an Engineered Result | The supported provision, responsibilities, acceptance and risk boundaries; CUST.3, CUST.4, CUST.7 and CUST.8 retain them. |
| A justified platform change and supported use | SYSE.23 — Choose What to Change So Later System Changes Become Easier, SYSE.25 — Decide Whether and How to Improve a Platform from Practitioner-Task Evidence and SYSE.26 — Design a Supported Platform-Use Path | What improves later change, why practitioner evidence warrants it and how a supported user obtains the result. |
| Technical compatibility or migration | SYSE.27 — Evolve Platform Interfaces and Contribution Paths and SYSE.29 — Decide Whether and How to Migrate or Retire a Supported Platform Path | Supported old/new behavior, transition, recovery and retirement scope; CUST.8 joins customer obligations and resources. |
| Customer inquiry, programme or commercial-model repeatability | MKT.12 — Investigate a Customer or Market Question for a Decision, MKT.13 — Test Commercial Model Repeatability and Deployment Limits and MKT.14 — Develop and Change a Programme for Selected Customer Organisations | Decision-relevant evidence, supportable programme and limits of ordinary repetition, including permitted common preparation. |
| A promise that actual providers can fulfill | MKT.11 — Align Promises, Partners and Execution | A supported promise with obtaining work and responsibilities; CUST.1 and CUST.8 retain its conditions. |
| Organizational contributions cannot be supplied under current arrangements | OCE.5 — Define Organization Positions and OCE.6 — Establish Holder Assignments and Enabling Relations for Organization Change | Positions, holder assignments and enabling relations when needed; no fixed team size follows. |
| Customer/product economics over time | MA.8 — Account for Customer and Product Economics Over Time | A qualified economic account at the complete CUST.7 provision boundary. |
| Capacity and operating commitments | OPS.10 — Qualify Operating Capacity Under Variability, OPS.13 — Align Commitments, Resources, and Service Outcomes and OPS.14 — Relate Throughput, Cash, and Operating Consequences | Capacity under variability, aligned commitments and resource/throughput/cash consequences. |
| Engineering search must coexist with current service | Engineering.Reference:22 — How can a team organise search while keeping current service workable? | The complete connected engineering arrangement; CUST.5 adds the distinct local/shared receiving decisions. |
These are conditional dependencies, not a required reading list. A qualified earlier result can be enough. A missing professional result returns the affected promise or construction to that work; it need not invalidate an unrelated supported local continuation.
FPF supplies the general distinctions among Methods, their descriptions and performed work, and the development of ways to obtain a result through C.39. CUST specializes practical management problems without adding a new universal product kind. Use FPF for those general meanings and Using FPF and its DPF Suites to find the needed contribution.
