DOCA.1:3 - Forces

ForceTension to preserve
Early ambiguityDiscovery can begin before a full goal exists, but a slogan is too weak to support a useful return.
Cross-holder reuseOne inquiry shape should work across people, organizations, AI arrangements, engineered systems, and epistemes without inventing one development mechanism.
OpennessThe inquiry must leave room for materially different contributions without becoming an exhaustive search mandate.
ProtectionConditions that must not be traded away need to appear before candidate enthusiasm, while their exact measures remain with their owners.
Proportional effortA reversible preliminary inquiry may be cheap; a consequential commitment needs stronger evidence and authority.
Honest postureProposed, predicted, recommended, planned, performed, and observed claims must remain distinct.
Independent entryOpportunity construction can begin without an adviser, and advice can begin from an already adequate opportunity.
