DOCA.7:4.1 - Identify the actual relationship and receiving use
Use PSD.1 — Bound the Decision-Support Engagement and Authority Boundary to recover an adequate engagement question or its exact missing value. State whose development is under consideration, what later contribution or decision the advice serves, the horizon, and the return sought now.
Distinguish the recommending performer from the recipient at the grain of this engagement. Naming one self-directing actor twice does not establish the distinct advising relation used here. A recipient may also be the choice owner when that authority is supported. An organizational team can receive advice from a separate internal specialist without appointing an external consultant.
Identify the client, sponsor, developing subject, recipient, and choice owner separately where their differences change service, disclosure, protection, or action. One person may occupy several positions. State the relevant coincidence rather than inferring it from a job title, contract signature, or payment.
A useful question might be: “For Mira’s own development choice over four months, help her compare directions for contributing to cross-disciplinary review; her employer’s later assignment decision remains separate.” If no recipient or receiving use can be identified, return that gap or the direct inquiry instead of inventing an advice engagement.
