DOCA.7:7 - Conformance Checklist
MUST identify the distinct recommending performer, recipient, developing subject, receiving use, horizon, and later choice owner at the grain of the engagement.
MUST separate sponsor, client, recipient, subject, and chooser where the difference changes service, disclosure, protection, or authority.
MUST bound the offered service, actual competence, applicable professional conditions, exclusions, and referral or closure requirements.
MUST establish the relevant participation and information-use basis without inferring consent, capacity, or disclosure permission from a title, payment, or form alone.
MUST address material conflicts before relying on the requested advice; disclosure must not substitute for the treatment actually required.
MUST distinguish AI assisting the adviser from AI as the developing subject and preserve the respective professional and technical qualification.
MUST use qualified external results for specialist premises and state the precise scope blocked when a result is missing.
MUST distinguish an admissible engagement question from a warranted recommendation and each later authorized choice or realization.
MUST preserve actual professional duties after delivery without inventing an indefinite follow-up service.
SHOULD reuse an adequate boundary and enter at the first missing result; ordinary self-directed construction needs no advising engagement.
