DOCA.Preface:2 - From an available result to a useful return
A direction needs more than an attractive label. DOCA.1 bounds the inquiry; DOCA.1.CHR makes the subject’s relevant characteristics, current readings, intended changes and unknowns explicit. DOCA.2 varies uses, technologies, characteristics and supports. DOCA.3 asks what worthwhile receiving problem the proposed contribution would answer. DOCA.4 keeps that contribution with the configuration needed to obtain it.
Enter at the first missing result. A team with a sound inquiry can search without repeating intake. A practitioner with a qualified direction can examine its joint conditions through DOCA.5. DOCA.6 can retain useful possibilities and conditional enabling relations without selecting a programme or committing resources. If responsible advice is wanted, use the actual missing service or PSD contribution. A request for a specialist result is fulfilled by an adequate return, not by sending the request.
This division preserves useful work at several stopping points. An inquiry can end with a better question. A direction can remain useful while one permission or support result is missing. A retained path can name a later possibility without asserting that its first step happened. The person or arrangement with the relevant authority retains each choice and intervention.
