DTM.9:10 - Rationale
A response belongs inside the model when it is produced by, and changes, the modeled activity. This closes a feedback relation that fixed suppression misses. Treating the response as an ordinary process with state, limits and consequences also prevents its protective purpose from being mistaken for proof of its effect.
