E.10.D2:4.1.5 - Episteme about an episteme
When an episteme is described, use C.2.1’s ordinary recursion. A review episteme about another episteme has that earlier episteme as its EntityOfConcern and its own ClaimGraph and effective ReferenceScheme. Self-description is also possible when the episteme’s identity remains recoverable; then its EntityOfConcern designation resolves to itself. Publication and representation uses remain separately governed, and self-reference supplies no assurance by itself.
