F.18:7.3 - Evidence-Like Source Phrase

A review table contains the phrase “model card evidence role”.

Recovered values:

  • a model-card episteme;
  • an evidence-use relation to a target claim;
  • possible source-currentness and assurance-use relations;
  • no system-role kind, assignment, or acting system merely because the episteme is used as evidence.

F.18 settlement: mint no system-role-kind or assignment name. Recover the exact evidence-use relation under A.2.4 or another direct subject rule, including its participants and obtaining condition. A.10 supplies only its descriptive evidence-provenance account and bounded-reliance disposition. If durable naming is needed, compare names for that independently recovered relation; ModelCardEvidenceUse can be a candidate, not a relation created by the phrase or card. Then apply §4.4 only when a public row is needed; otherwise retain the local settlement.
