FPF.Preface:16.5.4.4 - Return the result and its remaining conditions
The worked result is a partial comparison and requirements for a conditional external arrangement. Before a choice can be supported, the service owner still needs an adequate proposal and a complete enough internal alternative. The first subject-domain gap is a way to obtain and qualify that proposal. After a supported choice and agreement, staffing, working access, authority and operating evidence would still have to be established before anyone could claim night coverage. For framework development, carry these two missing operations and their required results into E.4.PFAD’s decision about an existing or new subject-domain contribution. The original conditional daytime calculation remains valid.
Once the comparison has supported a choice and the selected arrangement has the required commitments and operating evidence, the owner can decide whether to rely on the night service at the stated scope. Communication then conveys the qualified result and its remaining limits. Understanding, commitment, acquired capability and observed response remain different outcomes along this construction.
Change the whole condition to two simultaneous incidents. The offered bounds apply only to one. Do not keep the five-minute claim by adding another explanation: compare parallel provision, a second authorized responder, a justified prioritization with a changed service promise, or an unmet requirement. Retain the verified meaning of the alarm and each applicable diagnosis; reopen concurrent capacity and its implications for time, cost and authority.
