• Can the observation still affect a useful action in time?
• Does the diagnosis distinguish the premise whose failure changes the response?
• Were the continuations compared from present conditions, including other goals and remaining obligations?
• Is a pause, completion, cancellation or revised promise reported with its actual meaning?
• Have the affected participants received the effective change?
