GOALS.5:1 - Problem frame

Use this when an organization needs a recurring way to select consequential changes, make their evidence and dependencies visible, coordinate pursuit and revise it. The object is the organizational practice of using objectives and key results. This is the OKR application of the common goal methods, with organizational choices about focus, reliance, cadence, conversations and acquisition.

The intended users are leaders, teams and supporting practitioners able to obtain the actual direction, contribution and authority decisions. A single clear task or an adequate present coordination practice may need no OKR cycle. The method first asks what recurring result the proposed practice would improve.
