GOALS.5:12 - Relations

GOALS.1–4 construct and regulate the goal set. GOALS.8 supplies conversations and distinct personnel uses; GOALS.9 supplies acquisition and continuation of the practice. STR provides direction and inquiry, OPS provides operating conditions, and LDR provides help and agreement. GOALS.6 and GOALS.7 preserve the different human and AI contributions within the selected organizational arrangement.
