GOALS.5:9 - Consequences

OKRs can make selected changes, evidence and dependencies easier to discuss and act on. They also consume time and can distort work when meanings or incentives are poorly chosen. The method can produce a smaller arrangement, a retained current practice or a justified discontinuation. No particular meeting cadence, goal count or software product is required by the common construction.
