GOALS.6:5 - Archetypal Grounding
An analyst wants to learn how to frame ambiguous client questions while delivering this month’s reports. An agent currently frames the questions and writes the reports. The company receives a useful output, but that arrangement provides little practice of the intended human operation.
The analyst and provider identify a suitable forthcoming case. The analyst frames it before seeing the agent’s proposal, explains which decision the answer must support, compares the alternatives and receives feedback on a missed assumption. The delivery arrangement retains qualified help. A later materially different case can support a transfer claim under its stated assistance. The week includes time for framing and feedback; the existing delivery allocation changes accordingly.
Now change the condition: the only current need is an accurate report by tomorrow, and no independent human mastery is required. The competent agent’s result with the necessary assurance can be sufficient. Requiring the analyst to learn and duplicate every operation would change the task and its cost. A later voluntary development aim can be considered separately.
