HRM.1:5 - Archetypal Grounding

A six-person service proposes advisory work after successful report automation. Each person’s thirty available work hours are already allocated to delivery. The proposal adds three hours of mentoring for each of two experienced advisers while leaving all delivery commitments unchanged. HRM.2 can justify their advisory capability and HRM.3 can establish an appropriate reward, yet the combination still demands sixty-six hours from the advisers’ sixty-hour provision.

The owner considers reducing delivery, obtaining six hours of adequate external help, or changing the mentoring promise. Suppose the service can obtain that external help with the required subject access and permitted information. OCE qualifies the provision; OPS revises allocation; HRM confirms the terms and obtains participants’ responses. The complete arrangement now has a plausible obtaining way. Its success still needs actual provision and use.

Change the condition: a qualified assessment shows that the service’s repeated late coverage violates a required working condition. Paying more for the same hours does not solve it. Reconsider the coverage, service window or obtaining arrangement. Conversely, if the only change is a mistaken payroll date, use ADM to repair that obligation; retain the work and assessment results.
