IS.6:4.5 - Return consequences to the people and the practice
Check the change at the point that motivated the brokerage. Did the previously lost contribution alter the practice, and did the altered practice become usable for its intended recipient? Use A.3.1.MI for the distinction between delivered change, participant response and outside result. If the contribution was heard but could not change an action, return that constraint plainly; do not report it as inclusion accomplished.
Give affected parties a usable explanation of what was decided, what remains unresolved and how a consequential new episode can reach the responsible party. Maintain the connection only for a continuing need or obligation. If observation contradicts a relied-on claim about the practice, return that claim to its owner; if the recipients need to maintain the connection themselves, use IS.8.
