IS.6:4.4 - Obtain the decision and the receiving connection

Take the interpretable alternative to the party that can decide or supply it, together with the affected parties’ account, remaining disagreement, conditions and likely consequences. State what each participant is agreeing to. Use OCE.6 when an organizational assignment or enabling relation must become effective. An external partner’s promise needs that partner’s acceptance; a local sponsor cannot confer it.

Let the parties rehearse or perform the changed connection at the smallest useful scale. The referrer supplies the changed request; the receiver shows how it will be acted on; the service recipient can expose an unusable step. Where such a trial is inappropriate, use already sufficient evidence or return the missing authorization. Brokerage ends in an obtainable response, a supported refusal, or the exact unresolved dependency. Consensus is neither required nor sufficient.
