IS.7:4.3 - Select what to change and who can change it
Construct a response for the identified dependence. The alternatives can change the target practice, the facilitation, participant preparation, provision or several coupled contributions. Show how each proposed response reaches the intended result. Preserve an already sufficient contribution and use IS.3 for its whole arrangement rather than repeat the comparison.
| Located interaction | Receiving action |
|---|---|
| An essential operation is not understood or cannot yet be performed. | Obtain the relevant explanation, demonstration or practice through the target Method and HCD; verify the contribution in the receiving episode. |
| The operation is possible but ordinary work prevents it. | Obtain OCE.9/11’s organization-capability or coexistence result, with actual capacity and enabling relations. |
| Participant experience exposes a wrong function, burden or access assumption. | Reopen the target or strategy claim; use IS.6 when unequal influence prevents that account from affecting the change. |
| A local variant changes a relied-on function or condition. | Obtain subject judgement and FPF A.3.1.MV/FPF A.3.1.FT; keep the variant’s status and fit limits. |
| A required condition belongs to another organization or external authority. | Take an interpretable request and its receiving consequence to that owner; retain the dependent stop until an adequate result is supplied. |
The table locates a supplier, not a diagnosis from a symptom. A staff objection may correctly expose an unsuitable practice. A shortage may be real or a consequence of the chosen workflow. Trace the episode before treating either as a training need.
