LDR.2:10 - Rationale

Joint feasibility belongs to the combined arrangement. It cannot be inferred from the quality of separate offers. Obtaining responses to a complete version preserves the relation between what each party accepts and what the others will supply. Following changes through that relation permits selective reopening instead of restarting every discussion or silently preserving an invalid whole.
