LDR.2:9 - Consequences
The parties obtain terms they can examine, accept and perform, or a specific reason no agreement is available. Useful partial findings survive a failed proposal. The cost is competent preparation, inquiry where justified and the coordination needed for real acceptance. Negotiation can reveal a legitimate impasse rather than remove it.
More capable or cheaper reasoning expands the alternatives worth examining, but the actual resources, rights and willingness still constrain the agreement. An automated exchange can reduce meeting work; its mandate and operating limits remain part of feasibility.
