LDR.4:1 - Problem frame
Use this pattern when a promising proposal must become understandable, examinable and supported by real contributions before joint work can begin, or when an announced decision has not yet reached its first useful result. The proposal may concern a new practice, a one-off collaboration or an ordinary task that needs renewed preparation.
Begin with the receiving work and the result the proposal is meant to improve. Obtain the judgement people actually need, examine consequences and objections, revise the proposal, secure the required decisions and contributions, make the accepted start mutually visible, and follow the first handover into use.
This connected preparation is sometimes called “propitka” in Russian practitioner discussions: the proposal becomes sufficiently understood through repeated explanation, advice and revision. Here it is not a campaign to suppress objections. A real disadvantage, inadequate basis or unavailable resource can warrant a changed proposal, refusal or deferral.
A familiar, adequately prepared and authorized action can proceed directly. No compulsory campaign, launch ceremony or fixed waiting period is added.
