LDR.4:7 - Conformance Checklist
A conforming use makes the following recoverable where they affect the proposal:
- the receiving work, first useful result and adequate existing alternative;
- the relevant trusted judgement and permission for its information use;
- representative consequences, real burdens and the response to substantive objections;
- the revised whole proposal, actual decisions, accepted contributions and outstanding conditions;
- the mutually visible start on the same effective terms;
- the performed first contribution and the receiver’s use, including retained assistance;
- the next warranted continuation and the question reopened by a changed condition.
A routine prepared action does not acquire these as seven additional reports or meetings.
