LDR.5:10 - Rationale
Joint direction is produced through the relation between an interpreted situation, worthwhile possibilities and people’s actual ability and willingness to act. Changing any one can change the others. Constructing these relations before demanding commitment explains why the method can begin without a ready proposal, yet still needs the separate subject, agreement and authority results before action. A later experience returns to the premise it changes, rather than restarting the whole relationship or demanding renewed enthusiasm.
