LDR.5:9 - Consequences
Participants can develop a direction and take initiative without first receiving a finished plan from a designated leader. The group can discover that its initial proposal addressed the wrong problem or that only a narrower collaboration is warranted. Obtaining and responding to people’s experience costs time and can expose conflicts that the initiator cannot resolve. A sound result may be separate action or refusal.
