LDR.5:6 - Bias-Annotation
The method favours participants having a real part in forming what they will do. An initiator can simulate this while keeping every consequential choice closed. An articulate participant can also dominate the account. Use actual decision boundaries, the experience needed for the question and feasible ways for less visible contributors to be heard. Protected work and legitimate urgent authority can limit participation; disclose the resulting limit instead of claiming a fully shared decision.
