LDR.5:7 - Conformance Checklist
- The connection among participants is established from the situation and its consequences; the roster and common purpose are not merely presumed.
- Observations, interpretations, desired results and remedies can be distinguished and corrected.
- The direction has a substantive basis and a meaningful alternative; agreement does not supply its professional warrant.
- Participants can relate the direction to their own purposes, contributions and limits, with formal duties distinguished from voluntary commitments.
- The first action has the contributions and authority it needs, and participants can explain a consequential choice under its terms.
- Later responses revise the affected purpose, arrangement or method while preserving valid results and commitments.
