The connected question is how a worthwhile change becomes attainable and actual, and how the changed position becomes a basis for further development. C.40.OD supplies the construction linking current work, problematisation, direction and Method construction, performer preparation, provision, consequential work and further inquiry. STR.16 handles a different recurring difficulty: independently worthwhile undertakings whose shared means and support must fit together. The opportunity and advice branches below supply useful results within that practice and remain usable independently.

Connected formulation. Notice what matters in the current situation; make the unresolved question worth answering; construct a reachable change with its means; qualify the contributions together; obtain the real commitment and provision; perform the work and distinguish the result from what was learned; use the changed position to find the next worthwhile attainable problem; improve the way development is done when that change is worth its cost. Enter at an adequate existing result, preserve independent work, and return to the particular missing contribution when a connection fails.

This formulation helps retain the joins explained by the patterns. It is not a compulsory lifecycle or an assertion that every described relation already obtains. A local performance can skip unnecessary learning because a qualified performer exists. A known adequate Method can avoid fresh research. A genuine inquiry can continue for its own scientific result without waiting for a sale. A branch can end, rest or consolidate while the subject retains a way to notice and pursue its next development. Endless activity and ever-larger obligations are not the meaning of open continuation.

The practical result of one complete use is a meaningful bounded start, actual work through qualified Methods, an intelligible account of the changed contribution and a reasoned next development question. It need not be a document package. Where a company or provider needs strategic descriptions, programmes, work arrangements and learning material, those are expressions of the relevant construction and separate instructional work; their existence is not evidence of the capability they describe.
