Library.Reference:9.1.10 - How does the selected practice become usable locally?

To realize a selected proposal, the responsible performers need usable Methods, actual means and powers, sufficient preparation, commitments and an entry into real work.

Follow FPF C.32.MWA.PP:4.9 to the actual missing contribution. FPF A.15.8.MS makes Method material usable; FPF A.3.1.MI introduces the Method and examines later use; OCE.9 realizes an organizational change; Implementation Facilitation provides and adapts the helping undertaking; HCD develops a person’s needed capability. An adequate already available contribution ends its branch. A changed result or dependency returns to the supplying Method and the affected whole.

Use FPF E.4.DPF when a bounded local practice needs an LPF language. Keep local decisions and examples distinct from the general Method, retain its supplier and conditions, and revise local guidance when those conditions change. A hierarchy of projects does not imply a hierarchy of copied frameworks. A service description, programme, assignment or architecture decision remains its own kind of document.
