Recompare the whole arrangement. A qualified agent may supply inquiry, source recovery, construction, explanation, practice feedback or an authorized decision. The changed viable division of work can remove a specialist bottleneck or an unnecessary office.

Use C.32.MWA.PP’s AI case (FPF C.32.MWA.PP:5.6) to compare complete performance and support arrangements under the changed AI capability. Use FPF C.11.DUA to judge what the advice to change that arrangement, or its demands for further inquiry and checking, can obtain relative to their full burden. Include the actual capability, access, context, powers, qualification, shared capacity and consequences of error. Remove human duplication only when the replacement supplies the contribution on which the receiving result depends. Do not retain people merely because an earlier arrangement had them; do not assume a general capability claim supplies the required local judgement or authorization.

If the intended gain is a human’s mastery or self-development, AI performing all of the work can defeat that gain even when the immediate output improves. If the gain is an externally supplied result, requiring the human to learn the provider’s Method may add waste. Return to the intended result, then change the performance and support arrangement. The worked costs in these Methods are prospective models, not measured universal savings.
