Observation and comparison result

  • Decision and possible change: [who will use the result; what another observation could change].
  • Subject and claim: [world-side occurrence, relation, capability, response, or cultural process].
  • Observer or instrument: [listener, performer, partner, teacher, judge, researcher, sensor, software].
  • Direct Method and representation: [what makes the phenomenon accessible and what it omits].
  • Conditions, population, and time span: [only distinctions that change the claim].
  • Observations: [indications and reports with provenance].
  • Judgement and comparison: [separate interpretation; commensurable values and non-equivalent criteria].
  • Epistemic status: [direct observation, practitioner judgement, bounded study, expert estimate, open hypothesis, or unsupported claim, as applicable to each claim].
  • Limit and next use: [claim not supported; missing observation; update or stop condition].
