MDPE.19:4.5 - Stored AI Music code is not a reproducible performing whole

A repository contains model weights, code, musical material, configuration notes, and a recording. The result supports memory and possible reconstruction. It does not show that a current Agent and compatible hardware, runtime, interfaces, calibration, instruments, and support can perform representative Music Work.

A reconstruction test assembles the performing whole and attempts the named Work. Success establishes one present occurrence under that configuration. A later test after a software or hardware change can support a bounded continuation decision. Neither test establishes that a wider Music culture recognizes or retains the variant.
