MDPE.22:5 - Recognition and Assurance

Recognize a complete first result when a practitioner can point to:

  1. one intended Music-or-Dance Work or cultural relation;
  2. one surrounding relation that blocked or distorted it;
  3. several meaningfully different environment changes;
  4. one authorized environment-change Work occurrence;
  5. whether the intended surrounding relation now obtains;
  6. later Music-or-Dance observations, including failure or worsening; and
  7. a keep, revise, branch, reverse or stop decision, with a causal-contribution claim only when used and no mandatory next trial after a sufficient or failed result.

Assure the result by checking that:

  • the environment boundary is selected for the current result rather than defined as “everything around the practice”;
  • schools, venues, platforms, archives, events, scenes, and communities are not collapsed into one kind;
  • environment-change Work, obtaining support, later Music-or-Dance observation, and causal contribution remain separate;
  • the actual provider, contribution and relevant direct relations are stated; assignment detail is included when it changes the decision;
  • the named Agent has authority for the local change but is not made owner of the wider culture;
  • direct engineering, management, teaching, artistic, safety, legal, and maintenance Methods govern their respective Work;
  • official, academic, press, and platform visibility are used only for the claims they support;
  • the intervention does not silently delete alternatives or move unacceptable burden;
  • the observation horizon is long enough for the local claim but is not inflated into durable retention; and
  • a new scene, level, attractor, or cultural whole is not claimed from one designed arrangement or event.
