MDPE.Application:5.1.3.6 - 6. Carry out the change and follow its consequences through receiving use

When the assignment is to propose a change, finish with a proposal whose feasibility and unresolved conditions are stated. When implementation is assigned, obtain the agreed resources and carry out the changed teaching, event, selection or support work.

Use observations that can decide whether the arrangement should continue. A class demonstration answers a classroom question. An evening with unfamiliar partners answers a different question. A result obtained with the instructor continuously supplying cues does not establish later unassisted use. Declining participation can have several causes; record the relevant conditions before attributing it to one intervention.

Look for the original gain and the new complications. A separate advanced room may retain expert participants while removing them from the shared floor. A novel award may attract performers while inviting them to optimize for the award’s newest visible cue. A shorter class may preserve social time but leave an essential entry condition untaught.

Return to the failed connection. Retain the parts whose receiving conditions still hold. Do not undo successful teaching merely because a second room became unaffordable.
