ME.16:0.1 - Working Distinctions

ItemWorking meaning hereBoundary
introduction targetOne named changed subject or one direct-relation claim: for example an admitted Method selection, a separately identified description episteme, support System, capability bearer and capability result, particular Work occurrence, domain entity, organizational System, selected structure, or assignment, permission, authority, access, use, or enactment predicate with named participants.A mixed list of nouns does not state which things exist, which claims are maintained, or which relations obtain.
candidate account and descriptionClaim-bearing content about a proposed Method or local change, with candidate status retained, plus any separately identified description or representation.A candidate account is not a Method, MethodDescription of the candidate whole, Work, or relation occurrence.
bounded settingThe place, period, practitioner population, Work family, identified organizational System or selected structure when one is relied on, participating Systems, obtaining relations, and protected conditions.A company, team, or discipline label alone does not identify an organizational System or structure.
introduction Method, candidate account, description, plan, and WorkRetain the proposed way of establishing named conditions as a candidate introduction account until A.3.1 admits its Method. Before admission, keep claim-bearing content as that account or another honestly named description episteme; it is not a U.MethodDescription. After admission, use U.MethodDescription only when A.3.2 classifies an episteme whose one EntityOfConcern is that admitted Method. Keep any WorkPlan and authorized performed Work separate in both branches. Performed Work may enact only independently admitted Methods.A strategy label, candidate account, description episteme, plan, announcement, publication, training invitation, or available tool establishes neither Method admission nor enactment, performed Work, or success.
later practice WorkActual Work after the introduction in which an admitted Method is enacted, or in which candidate claims are compared while only independently admitted constituent Methods are enacted.Availability, attendance, access, or one tool interaction does not establish enactment; a candidate account is never enacted.
capability-development inputAn independently governed result naming holder, Work family, baseline, target, intervention, representative transfer Work, evidence, and currentness.ME.16 can rely on the result; it does not perform or certify capability development.
observation positionOne decision-relevant observation about acceptability or rejection, appropriateness or fit, feasibility, enactment or fidelity, burden or cost, reach, sustainment, an outside result, or a named changed subject or relation. Each position has its own subject, claim, evidence, receiving action, and stop; no favourable result fills the others.
adaptation recordWhat changed, when, whether planned or reactive, the deciding Agent and named authorization predicate with participants, the affected level, why and under which conditions, and whether the modification changed the Method-related target or the introduction strategy, its recorded status, description, WorkPlan, support, or only a local-use condition.A modification of the introduction strategy is not a modification of the target Method-related subject; an adaptation does not by itself change the status or kind of any account, description, plan, Method, or Work.
contribution or causal-use claimA separately governed claim that one change participated in or caused an observed result under named conditions.Temporal order, participant report, association, or a before/after difference supplies no causal reliance by itself.
revision decisionkeep, revise, branch, replace, or stop for this bounded attempt and the particular maintained claims or editions affected. It grants no authority for the next change and creates no adoption lifecycle.
