ME.18:7 - Conformance Checklist

  • A.3.1.MR has already returned an ordinary result, and a named receiving decision justifies the larger burden.
  • The first useful result is a claim-to-evidence matrix and decision-relevant sampling choice.
  • Observation/artifacts, CDM, event-log analysis, contextual/protocol evidence, and expert synthesis keep distinct contributions and limits.
  • Each Work occurrence is recorded before candidate-account abstraction.
  • Contradictions are resolved by scope or retained, not averaged by vote.
  • Any further check addresses a use-changing uncertainty and has an attainable result worth its burden; an adequate existing basis can support a bounded stop.
  • A selected held-out discriminator states predictions before inspection and records surprise/revision.
  • Scoped variants and rivals remain visible.
  • The result can lower to Work description, local workaround, tool behavior, or unresolved grouping.
  • No evidence form identifies a Method, creates a MethodDescription, backdates Work, or establishes causality by itself.
