ME.21:9 - Consequences

The engineer gains a language or description whose source decisions can be challenged and repaired locally. Reuse is more selective: some material disappears from the new body because a current supplier already answers it, while useful differences survive instead of being averaged away.

The cost is retaining the few source and dependency facts needed for later reconsideration. For a one-off question that F.0.2 or a direct source already closes, another allocation account adds no value.
