ME.24:2 - Problem
A source-to-pattern map can appear complete because every chapter has a destination. Yet the language may omit a stop, merge rival Method accounts, lose an evidence limit or hide the material relation that makes a continuation usable.
Refresh adds another risk. A changed source prompts either a complete rewrite or an unjustified claim that only one sentence is affected. Neither response follows the actual dependency. Earlier valid results can be erased merely because current source access changed, while a defeated premise can remain in use because its paragraph still exists.
