• The source/language editions, receiving use and coverage promise are identifiable.
• The reconstruction tests actionable meaning, conditions, stops and source qualifications, not topic presence alone.
• Unsupported additions and deliberate omissions are distinguished from missing promised content.
• The result states its tested scope and evidence limits.
• Every changed premise has an affected claim or an honest unresolved impact boundary.
• Preserved results retain their own supporting basis.
• The repaired or narrowed use receives an affected reconstruction before closure.
