ME.24:9 - Consequences

Coverage becomes a challengeable claim about useful reconstruction. Source changes can lead to small, justified repairs while leaving supported work available.

The cost is preserving the basis and dependence needed to make that judgment. Where those facts are absent, a wider recovery is the honest result. The Method saves work only when its localized return costs less than the repeated reconstruction it avoids.
